By accessing this website, joining our Skool community, or purchasing any of our coaching services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or our services.

These Terms apply to:

  • The Catalyst Method website and its content.

  • The free 30-Day Confidence Challenge (via Skool).

  • The paid 1-1 Confidence Coaching Programme.

  • All related coaching sessions, digital materials, and communications.

 

2. About The Catalyst Method

 

The Catalyst Method is a UK-based personal development brand founded by Harry Snape, offering online confidence and mindset coaching.
Our goal is to help professionals build confidence through action — not theory — via structured coaching and accountability systems.

All services are provided online through email, video call, or digital platforms (such as Skool, Zoom, and Google Workspace).

 

3. Coaching Services

 

Our 1-1 Coaching Programme is a personalised service designed to support professional and personal growth through practical, action-based strategies.
It is not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.
Coaching provides guidance, structure, and accountability but does not replace medical or psychological support.

If you are under medical or therapeutic care, you should consult your provider before engaging in coaching.

 

4. Free 30-Day Confidence Challenge (Skool Group)

 

The Skool community and 30-Day Confidence Challenge are completely free to join.
No payment, subscription, or refund policy applies to the free course.
By joining the group, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with other members.

  • Avoid spam, harassment, or promotional content.

  • Keep discussions confidential and supportive.
    Failure to follow community guidelines may result in removal without notice.

 

5. Payment and Pricing

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
The 1-1 Confidence Coaching Programme costs £997, or £887 when paid in full (discounted rate).
Payment must be made before sessions begin.
Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of The Catalyst Method but are not eligible for the 30-day refund guarantee.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Skool).

 

6. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

 

Full details of the refund policy can be found at www.thecatalystmethod.co.uk/refund-policy.

To summarise:

  • Refunds are available only to clients who pay the full £887 upfront.

  • You must complete all assigned actions, coaching sessions, and exercises within the 30-day period.

  • If you do not achieve the expected results and can demonstrate completion of all actions, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available for payment plans or requests made after 30 days.

 

7. Results Disclaimer

 

The Catalyst Method and Harry Snape make no guarantees of specific personal or financial outcomes.
Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and willingness to take action.
While our clients regularly see strong results, every individual’s progress will vary.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for implementing the guidance provided and taking the necessary actions to achieve results.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content, materials, videos, and resources shared through The Catalyst Method (including Skool, email, or website) are owned by Harry Snape / The Catalyst Method Ltd.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, or resell any materials without prior written permission.
Materials are provided for personal use only within the scope of your coaching or community membership.

 

9. Confidentiality

 

All information shared during 1-1 coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
We will never share your personal or professional information without your consent.

Community posts within Skool are considered private to the group and should not be shared externally.

 

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
If The Catalyst Method must reschedule, you’ll be offered an alternative time at no cost.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

The Catalyst Method is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching participation or the use of website content.
You accept full responsibility for decisions and actions taken following coaching sessions.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
