Because it’s free, there are no payments, subscriptions, or refunds applicable to that course.

1-1 Coaching Payment Options

Our 1-1 Confidence Coaching Programme is priced at £997, or £887 when paid in full (discounted).
Clients who choose to pay in full are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee, provided all conditions below are met.
Clients who choose a payment plan are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Eligibility for the 30-Day Refund

To qualify for the 30-day refund, you must:

Have paid the full £887 upfront for the 1-1 coaching programme.
Complete all tasks, sessions, and actions set out during the 30-day period.
Show that you’ve applied the methods and guidance provided (for example: completed exercises, tracked daily actions, attended calls).
Demonstrate that you have not achieved the expected results discussed during your onboarding.

If you meet all the above and still don’t see progress or results within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are only valid within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.
After this period, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Email harrythecatalystltd@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – 1-1 Coaching”.
Include your full name, payment date, and proof of task completion.
Your eligibility will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Exclusions and Limitations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

You selected a payment plan instead of full payment.
You did not complete all assigned tasks, calls, or actions.
You failed to communicate progress or attend sessions.
Your refund request is submitted after 30 days from purchase.

Our guarantee is designed to reward action-takers. If you put in the work and still don’t see results, we’ll honour our commitment.
But if you don’t take action, attend sessions, or complete the agreed work — the guarantee does not apply.
